The Powerboost is ideal once you have gotten your Nutritional foundation in place (taking the Nutriboost). If you have not, we strongly recommend you start on the Nutriboost before the Powerboost.
YOu ideally should be taking the Powerboost if you fall into one of these categories:
- Over the age of 40. (It's super important to help prevent muscle loss)
- Doing any kind of dryland/weight training
- Looking to build more LEAN muscle. We don't focus on bulking at P2Life.
